All week I look forward to my Saturday morning @unsqgreenmarket. Even though I have my preferred vendors, I always walk through everything to take it all in before making a second lap for purchases. I pick whatever looks most beautiful and interesting, and I figure out what to do with it later. With this week’s market bounty I made a salad of oakleaf lettuce with ground cherries and Seckel pear, topped with borage blossoms and tarragon, dressed in Greek olive oil and lemon zest and finished with a drizzle of mosto cotto. #thefeedfeed #grownyc #bernardaud @bernardaud
